Listing of service announcements and suspensions as Hurricane Irma approaches Florida. Please note all information is subject to change as Hurricane Irma develops. This page will be updated to include any additional notices and suspension of services.

Our customer service department, Business Services, has resumed its routine hours of operation.

Offices & Laboratories

Offices and laboratories in Clermont, FL and Lake City, FL are OPEN as of Tuesday, September 12th.

Vista Mobile Services

Vista Mobile Services (VMS) will resume all services on Thursday, September 14th, with some service limitations in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Pick-Up Services for Physician Practices

Florida courier pick-up services remain suspended through Tuesday, September 12th.  ALL courier pick-up services for physicians’ practices and other facilities observing a routine daily pick-up resume routine operating hours on Wednesday, September 13th.

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 4-10, 2017


 Due to the great care and responsibility that we feel both for our employees and for our patients, Vista Clinical Florida locations and services will be heeding Governor Scott’s warnings and complying with the emergency recommendations issued by the State of Florida as a result of Hurricane Irma. All service announcements are subject to change pending the development of Hurricane Irma.

Corporate Office & Laboratories
Offices and laboratories in Clermont, FL and Lake City, FL will be CLOSED after end of business hours Friday, September 8th through Monday, September 11th.

Vista Mobile Services
Vista Mobile Services (VMS) will be CLOSED on Friday, September 8th and Monday, September 11th. We currently anticipate regular hours of operation to resume on Tuesday, September 12th pending the development of Hurricane Irma.

Skilled Nursing Facilities
South Florida SNFs: All Vista Clinical services for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) will be SUSPENDED in the below counties following completion of routine Thursday, September 7th early morning services. SNF services in the below counties will remain suspended through Monday, September 11th.

Counties: Monroe, Miami-Dade, Collier, Broward, Palm Beach, Hendry, Lee, Charlotte, Glades, Martin

Central/North Florida & Panhandle SNFs: All SNF services in Central Florida, North Florida, and the Panhandle will be SUSPENDED following completion of routine Friday, September 8th early morning services through Monday, September 11th. 

Business Services
Our customer service department, Business Services, will be CLOSED Saturday, September 9th through Monday September 11th. 

Callers from outside the State of Florida are encouraged to call the Danville, Virginia laboratory at (877) 287-8118.

Patient Service Centers
The Patient Service Centers (PSC) hours are listed below.  We currently anticipate regular hours of operation to resume on Tuesday, September 12th pending the development of Hurricane Irma.

Thursday, September 7th: Sebastian and Indialantic close at 3 PM
Friday, September 8th: Sebastian, Indialantic, Ormond, Orange City, Sebring, Davenport, Winter Haven, Orange Park, MacClenny CLOSED. ALL others close at NOON.
Saturday, September 9th: All PSCs CLOSED
Monday, September 11th: All PSCs CLOSED

Pick-Up Services for Physician Practices
South Florida courier pick-up services will be SUSPENDED Friday, September 8th. ALL courier pick-up services for physicians’ practices and other facilities observing a routine daily pick-up will be SUSPENDED Monday, September 11th.
